I canceled an order I made online the same day of purchase. Which was a grill . I found a bigger n cheaper one at Lowes that night. So when I received a call from the store two days later saying the grill was there. I quickly told them we canceled it , and to please send it back . Needless to say I had to call customer service to find out they never canceled or returned the item. And it's been a week now I have to wait on Monday for them to do what they told me was understood and done last week. Not to mention my refund won't be in my account for another 7 to 10 days. Very unhappy customer!

Very helpful employees here. The young lady took my cart and follwed me with my list and made sure i found everything i needed. Not many places like this. Service makes up for slightly higher prices but u will spend the diff in gas traveling to the big stores.
